Make it Accessible will be launching a series of Articles and Lessons aimed at young designers looking to become involved in the web design.
These articles and lessons will focus on teaching the basics of web design, accessibility design and information architecture. Through these initial teachings new web designers will begin to understand how to design for the web and about it’s uniqueness as a medium.
What Make it Accessible isn’t aimed on doing - using tutorial based learning to teach html, javascript, css or any other language. Make it Accessible focuses on the content and design of web content and less on the technical elements of web content.
Articles/Lessons
We want to change the way our web design community approaches web accessibility, whether that means educating new designers or teaching the old ones new tricks, we are always looking for authors to contribute to the design community.
We are really looking for educational articles which demonstrate clear practices of accessibility, legal implications of web accessibility, knowledge about accessibility methods, or anything else that should be shared with the design community.
If you don’t think your article meets these expectations, add it to the forums.
